The National Amputee Statistical Database (NASDAB) contains information on new referrals to prosthetics service centres in the UK.   

This website provides:

• demographic, diagnostic and activity information on new referrals to prosthetic centres from 1997 - 2007
• details of the prosthetic centres who participate and the data collected
• details of the Steering Group membership

Unfortunately collection of data for NASDAB ceased in April 2007 due to a lack of funding.
